HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send it upon request. Please Contact us with your order number and the subject as “Track Order”. We will get back to you in 2 to 3 business days with your tracking number, if it’s available.Please note that often, it will not be not possible as not all of our suppliers provided it.

HOW LONG IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED? 

We committed for fast order processing, It takes maximum 48 Hours after order placement.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Because we ship directly from our manufacturers, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way (please email us for tracking)  🙂

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We always try our best to serve our customers with the best quality products. However, if you received a defect or a damaged product, please contact or write us at contact@mad1store.com with photo evidence so we can address the issue and our future process improvement. Our guarantee is full refund from any damaged product. Please review our refund policy. We will send a replacement if needed.
